Where To Use?
Readymix Plast can be used for INTERNAL plastering applicaon.
Readymix Plast can be used also EXTERNAL plastering applicaon.
How to Use?
For mixing we recommend mechanical mixer - Stirrer. Add almost 7 to 8 litres of water in a single bag mix. Mix the content along with water ror 4 to 5 minutes. After mixing leave the mix for 2 to 3 minutes to dissolve the additives used. For beer result and consistency use of water should be observed.
Surface Preparation
The surface should be clean & free from oil, grease, dust etc. The surface should be moistened with clean water before plastering.
Application of the Mix
The mix should apply by mason or one may use spray-machine for plastering. it is also advisable to treat RCC surface by Chat Plaster prior a day or to hake the surface properly.
Curing
Curing can be done after 24 hours for 2-3 times for 5-7 days. in high humid condition one can reduce the frequency per day.
Packaging / Storage
Available in 40 kg HDPE laminated bag. The product should be stored place, should be used within 6 months from the date of manufacturing.
