How To Apply
Surface to be tiled must be clean, free from contamination and in Saturated Surface Dry condition.
Add 7.5 to 8.1 liters of water per 30 kg bag for mixing.
Mix thoroughly with clean water for a minimum of 3 minutes and leave material for 5-6 min until the majority of bubbles have dispersed and remix for 15-20 secs.
Pour Readymix Stone Adhesive to potable water slowly while stirring continuously to get smooth paste. Allow 5 minutes interval and stir again.
Apply the paste on prepared surface with 5mm approx thickness and comb the surface with nothced trowel.
Ensure that the substrate is clean and free from dust, dirt, grease etc. Mix Readmix stone adhesive with clean water in the proportion of 3.5 volumes of powder to 1 volume of water.
Mix ll a uniform consistency, smooth white paste is obtained. Deviations in level must be less than 5 mm measured with a 2 meter straight edge.
Clean off surplus adhesive from the Stone face and between joints.
